Alternative Russian Federation

Well in fact the territory of USSR was created from different parts which include Malorossia, Novorossia which was reconquered during Empire period and Western territories that were in other countries for centures and returned to united Russian state in 1939-1945 years. They've nothing in common and civil war was only question of time. In fact it was "cold" civil war since 2004 and finally turned to hot stage in 2014.

So insteed of Malorossia there can be something like a part of Southern Federal District.
